My iPad will not receive text messages

My iPad was recently replaced by AppleCare after the screen cracked. I did a restore after receiving the replacement. When in any place where wifi is available, my iPhone is receiving text messages but my iPad is not. How do I fix this?

On the iPhone, if you go to Settings>Messages>Text Message Forwarding, your iPad should appear there. Make sure that it is turned on and you follow the on-screen instructions.

For iMessages, just make sure that iMessage is activated on the iPad.

If you are referring to actual SMS text messages, make sure that you have your Continuity settings correct, to receive the SMS from the phone to the iPad. If you are referring to iMessage, make sure that it is activated on the iPad, and set to receive from the iPhone's number and your Apple ID.
